The THWBC has a rolling membership.  For instance, if you join in January, your membership is in effect through
December 31st of the that year. For our new fiscal year (2009-2010), the THWBC membership fee is $70.

To sign up for the TraceHIM Directory and become a THWBC member, please complete the form below. The THWBC
has a rolling membership that starts the day you join through 11 additional months. ie: 1-23-09 through 12-31-09.

To sign up for membership, you can print or complete the online membership registration form and pay securely
online using PayPal, or you can submit the form via email and someone can contact you for payment, or you can print
and mail in your registration. If you choose to submit the application online and pay online, please make sure you first
submit your application by selecting the submit button, after you received confirmation, go back to the application and
then process your payment through paypal. Please mail all applications to: P.O. Box 1881, Temple, TX 76503-1881.
