THWBC Programs Overview
The Trace HIM Women’s Business Center is constantly evolving our program choices to best serve women
entrepreneurs. In the past we have offered some programs that we no longer offer and we are currently offering new
programs as well. Please call us if you need any clarification or have any questions about which THWBC program is
right for you.
Business Development and Management: THWBC are dedicated to providing current information and training that
will assist entrepreneurs in starting and managing their own business. Whether it is a For Profit entity or a Non Profit
entity, we will conduct in depth training on business skills, marketing, government resources, how to apply and
qualify for loans, record keeping and management in order to properly prepare individuals to start, begin, function,
operate and continue in their business.
Special Programs - Financial Management
In addition, the THWBC will be offering Financial Management courses that is developed specifically for women who
has a desire to come out of debt, save for the future and invest in their tomorrow. Individuals will learn how to take a
personal financial evaluation of their current situation and use that assessment to start a plan, begin to budget and
save, and continue on to financial freedom. This eight session workshop will also cover how to obtain, read, and
correct your personal credit report in order to obtain a business loan.
The THWBC will provide assistance with For Profit and Non Profit Incorporation, developing board of directors,
bylaws, applying for tax exempt status, fund raising programs and much more.
“Write the Vision and Make It Plain” Business Plan Development
The THWBC guides you through the process of creating a business plan in six sessions that fully develops each element of the business plan, provide required business counseling and examples that will enable each entrepreneur to have a self-made product on completion.
